Exchange / Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee your money back or exchange of items. Please return the unworn item(s) within 21 days from the invoice date, with the freight prepaid, tags attached, and a brief reason for return on the invoice or a copy you received with your goods.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND UNDERWEAR FOR HYGIENE REASONS.
Please post the returned item(s) to the PO Box address that appears on the top of the invoice. We will exchange or credit the item/s full purchase price less freight charges. For EXCHANGE items within Australia a $5.50 REDUCED freight charge will be processed on your credit card (please include details as we do not retain Credit Card Details on file) , or payment by cash,cheque or money order can be included with returned item(s).
For International EXCHANGE the same freight charge as on the original transaction will apply and will be processed on your credit card (please include details as we do not retain Credit Card Details on file).

- We do not accept any return freight charges unless the item to be returned is faulty or we have been negligent in processing your order and provided an item other than as ordered.It is necessary to email or call to obtain prior authorisation for this return

- Our free freight policy applies only where items purchased to the value of $50. or more are retained. Where items are returned for refund, making the sale value less than $50.00 a freight charge of $9.90 will be deducted from your refund.

-Items purchase with a redeemed gift certificate may be exchanged and our exchange freight charge is applicable unfortunately we cannot refund for items purchased with a gift certificate.
